Job Title: IT Technician/Support Officer
Reporting to: IT Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Title: IT Technician/Support Officer
Reporting to: IT Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the associate partner in the developing of policies and procedure for the division
- Prepare clients fiancial statements under the supervision of the associate partner
- Carry out business and share valuation for clients
- Perform organization and efficiency reviews of clients business
- Conduct statutory as well as special audit investigations as may be required
Qualification/Skill Requirement
- A Degree in Computer Science, ICT or equivalent qualifications. Possession of a qualification in accounting at diploma level or above would be an added advantage.
- At least three years experience in administration and support of IT users.
- Good organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision; good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Databases, Operating Systems (Win 7/10), Internet Web applications and Microsoft Office Applications.
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Knowledge and experience in using audit software’s e.g. ACL would be a plus.
Job Title: Assistant Tax Consultant
Reporting to: Tax consultant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out tax work for clients including preparation and submission of provisional and final tax returns to TRA.
- Keeping the Tax Consultant informed at all times regarding the progress and problems of his division and its clients.
- Maintaining close relationship with clients to ensure that their tax issues are promptly and appropriately attended to as they arise.
- Submitting periodical reports on the progress of taxation work to the Tax Consultant.
- Conduct statutory audits as well as special audit investigations as may be required.
- Do any other duties as directed.
Qualifications/Skills Requirement
- Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Bachelor of Customs and Tax Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or College.
- Registered with TRA as a Tax Consultant, (or qualified for registration as such).
- Working experience of at least three years in similar field;
- Good organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, and good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate.
Job Title: Financial Consultant
Reporting to: Associate Partner-Financial Consultancy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Associate Partner in the development of policies and procedures for the Division.
- Assist the Associate Partner in the formulation of financial policy documents e.g. financial regulations, accounting manuals, and procurement procedures manuals for clients,
- Prepare clients financial statements under the supervision of the Associate Partner,
- Carry out business and share valuations for clients.
- Perform organization and efficiency reviews of clients' businesses.
- Conduct statutory audits as well as special audit investigations as be required.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Requirement
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), or its equivalent or an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized university or - college;
- CPA(T), ACCA or its equivalent, Registered with NBAA.
- Registered with Tanzania Association of Consultants, (or qualified for registration as such).
- Working experience of at least three years in a similar field
- Good organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, and good interpersonal skill.
- Computer literate.
